The bag is great quality for the price and I've had no problems with it so far. I can fit my wallet and large phone in there no problem and there's still plenty of room in both pockets. The shoulder padding is slightly big for me but wearing thick layers underneath makes it virtually unnoticeable and it's not so uncomfortable that I wouldn't wear it at all. It's also very adjustable; nearly every strap is adjustable in some way. 10/10 worth it! (I didn't communicate with the seller, but it got to the US in a month or so.)
